1. Image Browser

Start here to browse and select PDFs for processing.

  • Edit - Opens the selected PDF in the Editor
  • Maak (Create) - Opens the Designer for this SKU
  • Status - Set status: New (blue), Open (gray), Attention (orange), Done (green)
  • Report - Add notes and track progress

2. Editor - Main Workflow

The Editor is where you prepare PDFs for the logo tool.

2.1 Loading PDFs

  • Smart - Intelligent PDF import with element selection wizard
  • PDF - Standard PDF import
  • Import - Raw import of PDF elements
  • Auto - Automatic processing with AI-assisted positioning
  • Batch - Process multiple PDFs at once

2.2 Image Tools

  • Switch - Switch product image with another color variant. Also includes Upload Photo option to upload your own custom product image
  • Add - Add background images to the canvas
  • Print Area - Draw a print area on the product
  • +90° - Rotate selected print area by 90 degrees
  • RemBG - Remove background from selected image
  • Markers - Toggle boundary markers visibility

2.3 Layer Controls

  • Select All - Select all elements on canvas
  • Deselect - Deselect all elements
  • To Front - Bring selected element to front layer
  • To Back - Send selected element to back layer
  • One Layer Up - Move element one layer up
  • One Layer Down - Move element one layer down
  • Delete - Delete selected elements
  • Crop - Crop the selected element
  • Recenter - Recenter content on canvas
  • Soft Reset - Reset to original state
  • Undo - Undo last action (Ctrl+Z)

2.4 Print Areas

  • Rect - Add rectangular print area (default 50x50mm)
  • Circle - Add circular print area

2.5 Text Tools

  • Add Text - Add text element to canvas
  • Edit - Edit selected text (font, size, color, bold, italic, underline)

2.6 Template Tools

  • Add Template - Add A4 template (Portrait/Landscape)
  • Remove Template - Remove current template
  • Save PDF - Save as PDF with template

2.7 Export Options

  • View - Export current view as PDF
  • Create (switched) - Create PDF after image switch (for variants)
  • Update - Update existing PDF
  • Save - Save product extract
  • PDF - Create PDF and go to Configurator
  • Auto - Auto-create PDFs for all variants

3. Configurator

Link print techniques to print centroids (green dots).

3.1 Interface

  • Left SVG - SVG generated from your PDF (shows print areas)
  • Right SVG - SVG with database values (shows centroids as green dots)

3.2 Workflow

  1. Check print areas - Verify print areas are visible in the left SVG
  2. Generate Print Areas - If no print areas visible, click "Generate Print Areas" button
  3. Link techniques - Connect each print technique to its corresponding centroid (green dot)
  4. Save - Save the configuration
  5. Export - Export final SVG with print areas for the logo tool
Tip: For color variants (switched images), you only need to place the SVG - the configuration carries over.

4. Quick Workflow (PDF with Product Photo)

Important: When opening a PDF that already contains a product photo via import URL:

/editor/?import=true&file=/logohorlogemanagementtool/PDF/376-00.003.pdf&name=376-00.003.pdf

You can immediately convert it:

  1. PDF opens automatically with the product image
  2. Go to Toolbox → Export → Create PDF
  3. This creates the SVG and takes you to the Configurator
Tip: No need to add images or switch variants - the PDF already has everything!

5. Linedrawing Workflow

When the PDF contains a linedrawing instead of a product photo:

  1. Open the PDF in the Editor
  2. Click Auto button - this automatically switches the linedrawing to a real product image
  3. Go to Toolbox → Export → Create PDF to convert and go to Configurator
Tip: Don't worry if some linedrawing remnants remain visible - they will not be included in the final export!

1. Image Browser

Starten Sie hier, um PDFs zur Bearbeitung auszuwählen.

  • Edit - Öffnet das ausgewählte PDF im Editor
  • Maak (Erstellen) - Öffnet den Designer für diese SKU
  • Status - Status setzen: Neu (blau), Offen (grau), Achtung (orange), Fertig (grün)
  • Report - Notizen hinzufügen und Fortschritt verfolgen

2. Editor - Hauptarbeitsablauf

Im Editor bereiten Sie PDFs für das Logo-Tool vor.

2.1 PDFs laden

  • Smart - Intelligenter PDF-Import mit Element-Auswahl-Assistent
  • PDF - Standard PDF-Import
  • Import - Roher Import von PDF-Elementen
  • Auto - Automatische Verarbeitung mit KI-gestützter Positionierung
  • Batch - Mehrere PDFs gleichzeitig verarbeiten

2.2 Bildwerkzeuge

  • Switch - Produktbild mit einer anderen Farbvariante tauschen. Enthält auch die Foto hochladen Option um ein eigenes Produktbild hochzuladen
  • Add - Hintergrundbilder zur Leinwand hinzufügen
  • Print Area - Druckbereich auf dem Produkt zeichnen
  • +90° - Ausgewählten Druckbereich um 90 Grad drehen
  • RemBG - Hintergrund vom ausgewählten Bild entfernen
  • Markers - Begrenzungsmarkierungen ein-/ausblenden

2.3 Ebenensteuerung

  • Alle auswählen - Alle Elemente auf der Leinwand auswählen
  • Abwählen - Alle Elemente abwählen
  • Nach vorne - Ausgewähltes Element in die vorderste Ebene bringen
  • Nach hinten - Ausgewähltes Element in die hinterste Ebene senden
  • Eine Ebene hoch - Element eine Ebene nach oben verschieben
  • Eine Ebene runter - Element eine Ebene nach unten verschieben
  • Löschen - Ausgewählte Elemente löschen
  • Zuschneiden - Ausgewähltes Element zuschneiden
  • Zentrieren - Inhalt auf der Leinwand zentrieren
  • Soft Reset - Auf Originalzustand zurücksetzen
  • Rückgängig - Letzte Aktion rückgängig machen (Strg+Z)

2.4 Druckbereiche

  • Rect - Rechteckigen Druckbereich hinzufügen (Standard 50x50mm)
  • Circle - Kreisförmigen Druckbereich hinzufügen

2.5 Textwerkzeuge

  • Text hinzufügen - Textelement zur Leinwand hinzufügen
  • Bearbeiten - Ausgewählten Text bearbeiten (Schriftart, Größe, Farbe, Fett, Kursiv, Unterstrichen)

2.6 Vorlagenwerkzeuge

  • Vorlage hinzufügen - A4-Vorlage hinzufügen (Hochformat/Querformat)
  • Vorlage entfernen - Aktuelle Vorlage entfernen
  • PDF speichern - Als PDF mit Vorlage speichern

2.7 Exportoptionen

  • View - Aktuelle Ansicht als PDF exportieren
  • Create (switched) - PDF nach Bildwechsel erstellen (für Varianten)
  • Update - Vorhandenes PDF aktualisieren
  • Save - Produktextrakt speichern
  • PDF - PDF erstellen und zum Configurator wechseln
  • Auto - PDFs für alle Varianten automatisch erstellen

3. Configurator

Drucktechniken mit Druck-Zentroiden (grüne Punkte) verknüpfen.

3.1 Oberfläche

  • Linkes SVG - SVG aus Ihrem PDF generiert (zeigt Druckbereiche)
  • Rechtes SVG - SVG mit Datenbankwerten (zeigt Zentroide als grüne Punkte)

3.2 Arbeitsablauf

  1. Druckbereiche prüfen - Überprüfen Sie, ob Druckbereiche im linken SVG sichtbar sind
  2. Generate Print Areas - Falls keine Druckbereiche sichtbar sind, klicken Sie auf "Generate Print Areas"
  3. Techniken verknüpfen - Verbinden Sie jede Drucktechnik mit dem entsprechenden Zentroid (grüner Punkt)
  4. Speichern - Konfiguration speichern
  5. Exportieren - Endgültiges SVG mit Druckbereichen für das Logo-Tool exportieren
Tipp: Bei Farbvarianten (gewechselte Bilder) müssen Sie nur das SVG platzieren - die Konfiguration wird übernommen.

4. Schneller Arbeitsablauf (PDF mit Produktfoto)

Wichtig: Wenn Sie ein PDF öffnen, das bereits ein Produktfoto enthält (über Import-URL):

Können Sie es sofort konvertieren:

  1. PDF öffnet sich automatisch mit dem Produktbild
  2. Gehen Sie zu Toolbox → Export → Create PDF
  3. Dies erstellt das SVG und führt Sie zum Configurator
Tipp: Kein Hinzufügen von Bildern oder Wechseln von Varianten nötig - das PDF enthält bereits alles!

5. Linedrawing Arbeitsablauf

Wenn das PDF eine Strichzeichnung statt eines Produktfotos enthält:

  1. Öffnen Sie das PDF im Editor
  2. Klicken Sie auf Auto - dies wechselt automatisch die Strichzeichnung zu einem echten Produktbild
  3. Gehen Sie zu Toolbox → Export → Create PDF zum Konvertieren und zum Configurator
Tipp: Keine Sorge, wenn einige Strichzeichnungs-Reste sichtbar bleiben - diese werden im finalen Export nicht mitgenommen!
